Overview
Rally is a San Francisco-based tech start up with an already quickly growing user base. As an online-fundraising platform, Rally provides non-profits, political campaigns and other causes the proper tools to raise funds effectively online.
Challenge
When Rally approached the Brave Nu Digital team, their company was named Piryx and therein lay the reason for our collaboration. The goal behind the name change was to get as many donors to ‘Rally’ around the causes that they care about; to encourage a new outlook around philanthropy in today’s world. It was our task to create an identity that embodied this call to action.
Solution
In the search for an icon that could accurately represent Rally’s new vision, the Rally team was drawn to the symbolism of a flag. In times of war, the flag bearers would march through the battle field rallying the troops — whether it be your school, your team or your country, flags represent something. With great help and inspiration from their Creative Director, Jeff Castellana and team, we arrived at a Rally identity that is bold in type, striking in color and clear in its message. As the Rally flag points forward, we’re excited to collaborate with this exciting new social brand in the future.
